Mr. Lentz is an experienced cannabis chef who heads up Soul Sugar Kitchen – an award-winning edibles maker with production kitchens in California and Washington. A culinary arts graduate, and former high school teacher, Mr. Lentz first began crafting legal medical cannabis confections in Oregon in 2007. Mr. Lentz brings creativity and a chef’s perfectionism to Soul Sugar’s medicated confections. His edibles have won 8 High Times Cups. He is one of only 25 cannabis entrepreneurs to ever win the High Times Business Achievement Award. Marcus Lentz draws on deep community and family ties to cannabis culture. Both his father and grandfather were passionate growers.
